I just wanted to email you with a sincere message of thanks for your knowledge, guidance and support in identifying my ‘sleep issues’. As you know when we first met towards the end of 2017 I mentioned that for c15 years I had been achieving only 3-4 hours of sleep per night.  Previously I had not known that only 4 hours of sleep per night could have a detrimental effect on my health, maybe not in the immediate future, but certainly further down the line.  Up till that point I had always felt fine and not tired at all and perhaps gave no thought to the longer term picture.  I have now achieved my goal and am averaging 6.5 hours per night.  I genuinely believe that I have had a life changing experience. I do feel healthier in myself and remain determined to continue to have 6/6.5 hours of sleep per night.  My blood pressure had been much higher than normal for a number of years and I also believe that the increased sleep I am achieving has led to an improvement in my blood pressure.
